R.A.I.S.E. Recognizing Outstanding Employees




We proudly present the 2021 Q3 R.A.I.S.E. Award to Tammy Torres from ID IA and OK WAIT!

Tammy is the Customer Service Manager for our independent assessments program in Idaho and waitlist management program in Oklahoma. This award recognizes Tammy's enduring commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

As we continually seek to develop innovative programs and services for our customers, we can’t forget that the cornerstone of our success is customer service. In an effort to ensure that we commit to elevating a culture of customer performance at every level in our organization, we have established the R.A.I.S.E. customer service nomination program. R.A.I.S.E is more than just our personal responsibility to deliver customer service – it’s an acronym that identifies the qualities that exemplify the character, value, and integrity of Liberty Healthcare: 

Responsive is providing collaborative, customer-focused solutions to resolve issues.
Anticipatory is fully understanding and anticipating customer needs to effectively exceed expectations.
Immediate is taking ownership of the customer’s experience by rapidly utilizing available resources to address any problem.  
Service-Oriented is keeping commitments and keeping customers informed.
Exceeds Expectations is going the extra mile by listening and communicating effectively to partner in our customers’ performance.

Associates who receive a nomination will then be voted on and the winners will be rewarded with cash prizes and other incentives.

It’s easy to see how this philosophy benefits Liberty Healthcare, but it also has the potential to benefit every one of us at an individual level. As we embrace R.A.I.S.E. we can measure its success through our nomination program.  R.A.I.S.E. nominations give each of us the opportunity to receive recognition when we demonstrate qualities that exemplify customer service.  Nominations can be made under special circumstances – when associates go above and beyond. Or they can be made to recognize an associate who regularly exhibits R.A.I.S.E. qualities in his or her day-to-day activities.

As a reminder, teams, as well as associates working for a small disadvantaged business in support of any Liberty program can be nominated.
